Having recently completed our ISO 9001:2015 recertification audit with the British Assessment Bureau, we are happy to report that that the auditor had no findings whatsoever and we passed with flying colours!
The ISO 9001 standard is all about maintaining a robust Quality Management System that puts customer satisfaction, continual improvement and reliable processes at the heart of everything we do. To not only meet but exceed these standards is something we’re incredibly proud of.
Our commitment to quality isn’t just about ticking boxes, it’s how we operate every day. From customer service and packaging design to production routing and delivery of goods, we’re always looking for ways to improve. The auditor’s findings (or lack thereof) are confirmation that the systems we have in place are effective, embedded in what we do and truly working for the benefit of our customers.
