customer service
At Keeley Packaging we aim to be the best at what we do. The customer is the fuel that drives our company and so we’re not happy unless you are.
Originally based on the Wirral and now with a site in North Wales, we have been laying the foundations to being the ‘go to’ packaging company for micro to medium sized businesses in the local area and beyond. Despite decades of experience in the industry we also seek to learn how to be better every day.
Everything we design and supply is with your requirements in mind.
why use Keeley Packaging ?
Personal Touch
At Keeley Packaging we take ownership of your packaging issues and requirements so it’s one less job for you. We like you to think of it as having your very own packaging consultant in house! We’re always at the end of the phone and constantly ensuring you have the best solution at any given time.
Decades of Experience
Each person involved in the design and manufacture of your products can call upon years of experience to solve any issues that may arise during the process. This offers you the most efficient outcome, not just from a cost point of view but also in terms of handling and time taken for assembly, amongst other things.
Long-Established Partners
We don’t take risks with your products or your supply chain. Every manufacturing partner used by Keeley Packaging has a well established working relationship with us on multiple levels to ensure a secure supply, good communication and a thorough knowledge of our high expectations.
eco-friendly
Keeley Packaging is committed to designing eco-friendly alternatives to polymer-based packaging wherever possible. Papers used to make the corrugated board are all from sustainable sources. Using paper-based alternatives to polystyrene or foam fittings can also save you a considerable amount of money!
Corrugated board has one of the best recycling rates of any packaging material. On average a corrugated box contains 75% recycled material and some are made from 100% recycled material.
All our blister packs are now made with recycled PET material, which is also fully recyclable.

ISO 9001 accreditation
Always aiming to achieve the best possible results in any given scenario, here at Keeley Packaging the choice was made to develop a Business Management System that is worthy of the UKAS Crown and Tick. This led us to the British Assessment Bureau, whose strict auditing and timely guidance eventually saw us achieve ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.
Having this accreditation enables us to ensure that all our business partners and customers receive a consistent level of quality and service every time, whilst we continuously improve what we do within the appropriate regulatory framework.
“The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is the sole body appointed by the UK Government (the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy) to provide accreditation to certification bodies in the UK. This accreditation is considered to be the ‘gold standard’ in the certification of ISO standards and the only way that an organisation can use the coveted Government-backed national accreditation symbol – commonly referred to as the ‘UKAS Crown and Tick’.
What is ISO?
ISO (derived from the Greek word ‘isos’, which means ‘equal’) is the name for the International Organisation for Standardisation, which is an independent body with than 150 members from around the world. Through these members its experts share knowledge and develop voluntary, consensus-based, market-relevant standards that support innovation and provide solutions to global challenges.” British Assessment Bureau
